Financial Aid

Thanks to donations from the community, businesses, and individuals, VBYC is able to offer financial assistance to campers in need.

How to apply:

1. Parents/guardians must write a letter that includes:
   
   
   • Why assistance is needed
   • Session name
   • How much of the $295 tuition you can pay:
     • $250 (85%)
     • $220 (75%)
     • $145 (50%)
     • $75 (25%)
       
       *Funds are limited. Please pay as much as you can so we can serve as many children as possible.
       
       
2. The child must write a letter about why they want to come to camp.

Parents/guardians will be notified by mail if financial aid is awarded. Funds are limited and are usually depleted by mid-summer so please apply early.
